Introduction:
Ball valve is approved for applications in liquid suction and hot gas lines in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Ball valve is manually, operated shut-off valves suitable for Bi-directional flow. Ball valve has best seal between the ball seat and valve body, to guarantee the minimum pressure drop. The ball valve can offer maximum flow when it in the fully open position. They are designed suitable for wide temperature range and approved for any fluorinated refrigerant, along with any associated oils. They may be used in high pressure refrigerants including R410a applications. Ball valve is equipped with a one-piece seal cap to prevent tampering.
 
Feature:
1. Bi-flow flow is available.
2. 1/4 turn from fully open to fully closed.
3. Rotation stop at fully open and fully closed position.
4. Indicator on spindle top shows degree of opening.
5. Chrome plated ball, minimize internal leakage rate.
6. Valve seal of low friction, tight-sealing modified.
7. Full port construction to match line size ID, to achieve the minimum pressure drop.
8. P/N "C" series with Schraeder.
9. Have safety pressure relief groove inside nut.
10. Slimline body-easier to install and service.
11. Drilled and tapped for panel mounting, easy to install.

Compatible with all CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants and oils, including R410a

Rated liquid and suction vapour capacity is based on evaporating temperature t=-10°C, liquid temperature ahead of valve t= +25°C, and pressure drop in valve △p=0.015Mpa.
The KV Value is the water flow in m3/h at a pressure drop across valve of 0.1 Mpa, p= 1000kg/m³.
